Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli, Red Onion, and Apple Salad

1 c broccoli
1 small apple
1/2 medium onion
1/2 tbsp mustard
1/2 tbsp canola oil
1/2 tbsp cider vinegar
1/2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp garlic

Recipe Directions for Broccoli, Red Onion, and Apple Salad

  1. Blanch broccoli.

  2. Mix together mustard, vinegar, honey, garlic, and 1/4 tsp salt. Whisk in oil.

  3. Poor hot broccoli water over onion in colander.

  4. Add broccoli, diced apple, and onion to sauce.
