Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Rabe

16 oz Broccoli Rabe
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Rabe

  1. In a large pot bring water to a boil. Cut an X in the bottom of the stems of the broccoli rabe and place in the boiling water. Cook until tender but still firm, about 5 minutes. Drain the water from the pot.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.  Sauté the garlic for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in the broccoli rabe and sauté 10 to 15 minutes, or until desired doneness. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
