Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli - quick stir-fry

1 tsp canola oil
2 cloves garlic, sliced
3 g ginger, thinly sliced
90 g broccoli, bite-size florets/pieces
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Broccoli - quick stir-fry

  1. Heat oil in a small frying pan. Lightly brown garlic and ginger.

  2. Add in broccoli and a couple of tablespoons of water to create instant steam. Season and cook till broccoli just begins to soften (you'll see that the pieces of stem will become opaque rather than white in the centre).

  3. Serve!
