Good for brunch, lunch or dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Quiche

2 cup broccoli, steamed
1/2 cup onion, minced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
6 bacon, crumbled
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 cup cheese, swiss
1 cup cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Quiche

  1. Cook enough bacon to make a cup. Set aside to cool.

  2. Steam the broccoli.

  3. Mix eggs and add sour cream followed by the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Pour into a pie crust or spring form pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Test for center to be done by inserting toothpick into middle, if it comes out clean it is done.

  5. If baking without a crust, spray spring form pan with Pam and let set 5 minutes befoer serving.
