Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Quiche

2 cups broccoli, chopped and steamed
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup onion, chopped
6 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Quiche

  1. Spray a large glass pie plate.

  2. Put the broccoli, onion and cheese in the bottom of the plate.

  3. Beat the eggs, then whisk in the cream, salt and pepper.

  4. Pour evenly over the cheese.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-45 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

  6. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

  7. (Makes 6 servings, can be frozen.)
