Approx 50 cal/serving. Pretty easy to prepare. The only way I like broccoli.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli- pureed, Mom's recipe, 4 svgs

270 g broccoli
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon safflower oil
1/2 t curry powder

Recipe Directions for Broccoli- pureed, Mom's recipe, 4 svgs

  1. Chop all veggies

  2. In a large pot, sautee onion, garlic and then broccoli stems for a few minutes, Than add just enough water to cover

  3. With a slotted spoon, place veggies in Cuisinart and puree (don't blend too much-- leave it still lightly textured).

  4. Add spices and oil.

  5. Can be refrigerated and reheated.
