Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli, Potato and white beans

1 1/2 pounds potatoes
4 cups broccoli
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup walnuts
15 oz beans
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp savory
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Broccoli, Potato and white beans

  1. Steam poatoes 15 minutes until tender, cut into quarters.

  2. Steam broccoli in microwave 2 mintues until tender.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet add garlic and walnuts and heat about a minute.

  4. Stir in potatoes, broccoli, beans and savory. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Cook until heated through.

  6. Drizzle with lemon juice and a little more olive oil. Serve
