Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Potato Soup

3 tsp Soup Base
1/2 potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
1/2 cup, diced Celery
4 tbsp chopped Onions
6 tsp Original
1/4 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 tbsp Light Butter with Canola Oil
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 second spray Butter

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Potato Soup

  1. in medium pan spray butter butter pam.

  2. add celery and onions and cook until translucent.

  3. add water and broccoli.

  4. bring to boil.

  5. add coffeemate.

  6. add sliced baked potato and heat until hot.

  7. flour with cool water until smooth.

  8. add to the soup mixture.

  9. mix well and heat until just before boiling.
