Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Pork or Ham Ring

5 oz pork loin, chopped (1 cup)
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 T garlic salt or shallot salt
4 oz fat free cheddar (1 cup or 1/2 of a package of shredded cheese)
42 g laughing cow light swiss cheese (2 triangles), melted
1 teaspoon lemon juice
8 oz crescent rolls

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Pork or Ham Ring

  1. *If using ham, substitute parsley for shallot salt.

  2. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

  3. Chop ham, broccoli and onion with Food Chopper. Place in lassic Batter Bowl.

  4. Combine with remaining ingredients, except rolls.

  5. To assemble ring, unroll crescent dough; separate into 16 triangles. Arrange triangles in a circle on baking sheet with wide ends of triangles overlapping in the center and points toward the outside. (There should be a 5-inch diameter opening in the center of Stone.)

  6. Using Medium Scoop, scoop ham/pork mixture evenly onto widest end of each triangle.

  7. Bring points of triangles up over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at center of ring. (Filling will not be completely covered.)
