Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Pie

400 g broccoli
3 egg
200 ml fat free sour cream
50 g whole wheat flour
50 g oatmeal
50 g ham
1 mozzarella
1 tbsp bread, dried, ground
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp basil, ground
1 tsp parsley, ground
1 tsp basil, raw

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Pie

  1. Mix eggs, sour cream, flour, oats, dried basil and parsley.

  2. Leave it for 15 minutes while you boil the broccoli.

  3. Chop cooked broccoli into little pieces (don't shred).

  4. Add it to the mixture.

  5. Oil the pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

  6. Add half of the mixture and then cover it with a layer of ham-mozzarella-ham.

  7. Bake for 35min. on 200C; add the rest of mozarella and bake for another 5min.

  8. Serve with fresh basil.
