24 oz Broccoli
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
4 1tsp Olive Oil
5 clove Garlic
0.25 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
1 tsp Salt, Table
6 Teaspoon Juice

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Piccata

  1. Add water, oil, garlic (minced), and red pepper flakes to sauce pan, bring to simmer.

  2. Add broccoli and cook for 5 minutes (or desired doneness)

  3. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice to taste.
