Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Pesto

1 1tsp Olive Oil
10 stalk Broccoli Rabe
1 tbsp Pine Nuts, Pignolia, Dried
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 cup fresh Italian Parsley
1 tsp Pepper, Black
6 clove Garlic
3 cup Spaghetti
1 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Pesto

Steam or blanch the broccoli first, drain water. Throw into a blender with all the other ingredients except the pasta. Add 1/4 cup of water. Blend until smooth. Cook & drain pasta, serve with pesto on top.
