Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Pesto

2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup fresh basil, chopped
2 tbsp fat free Italian dressing
4 cups Birds Eye Steamfresh broccoli florets

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Pesto

  1. Prepare broccoli according to package directions.

  2. Place broccoli and all other ingredients, except dressing into food processor.

  3. Pulse until broccoli is smooth, adding dressing to obtain desired consistency.

  4. Serve over whole wheat pasta or as a spread on a sandwich.
