I wanted to see what the soy crumbles tasted like without 'ruining" our main dish. So I added some protein to our veggies tonight. Hubby says the crumbles taste very much like beef.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli & Peppers with Meatless Crumbles

1 cup Broccoli
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/2 cup Ground Crumbles Meatless
1 serving Browning
1 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
3 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Spices Whole Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Broccoli & Peppers with Meatless Crumbles

  1. Heat 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil in frying pan until warm.

  2. Stir in broccoli and bell peppers. Heat until thawed.

  3. Stir in Boca meatless crumbles.

  4. Heat thoroughly.

  5. Stir 1 TBSP Kitchen Bouquet into 2 TBSP water. Drizzle over veggies. Sprinkle with garlic powder.

  6. Warm. Season with freshly cracked black pepper. Serve.

  7. NOTE: I served for 2. There is enough to serve two adults and a child. Add in more broccoli to stretch it even further.
