Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli and Peas

4 1/2 oz frozen broccoli
4 oz frozen peas
1/4 cup Fit & Active chicken broth
1/2 tbl low-fat margarine, divided

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and Peas

  1. Place broccoli, peas and chicken broth in small sauce pan. Bring to boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and continue simmering 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

  2. Serve - about 3/4 cup per person. Add 1/4 Tbl low-fat margarine to each dish.
