3 cups broccoli, in florets, blanched
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 orange
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 pomegranate

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Orange Pomegranate Salad

Place the broccoli, herbs and orange pieces into a bowl. Scatter over the sesame seeds, drizzle over the oil and vinegar and mix well. To serve, sprinkle the pomegranate seeds over the salad.
