Broccoli Salad with Craisins and Feta

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Onion Salad

6 cup, chopped Broccoli
1.5 cup, sliced Onions
80 g Light Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
0.5 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
2 tbsp Blue Agave
2 oz Cheese

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Onion Salad

Cook broccoli for 3 minutes until bright green. Cool quickly in ice water and drain. Add thinly slices onions, Craisins and feta. Make dressing from 5 T light mayo, 4 T lemon juice and 2 T agave.
