Recipe Ingredients for broccoli and onion omlette

1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 tbsp chopped Onions
2 tsp Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil Unfiltered

Recipe Directions for broccoli and onion omlette

  1. finely slice veggies, then sautee in a pan with oil

  2. in a blender, whisk eggs with seasonings to taste (thyme and rosemary are great but feel free to experiment more)

  3. once veggies are getting softer, slowly pour eggs over them making sure to spread the eggs around evenly.

  4. turn down heat and cook slowly until all is firm.
