Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Omlette

0.75 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 serving Mild Cheddar Cheese
0.5 cup Egg Beaters

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Omlette

Heat pan. Spray with cooking spray. Add egg to pan and cook for a few minutes, pulling back sides and letting the liquid drain into the open space. Continue until there is very little liquid egg. Add the broccoli and the cheese. Fold omlette over. Turn off heat and cover the pan with a lid for about 2 minutes to complete cooking.
