Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Omlet

1 eggs
1/2 cups of broccoli
1/2 teaspoon of butter

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Omlet

  1. Beat one egg in small microwavable bowl

  2. Chop up 1/2 cup of broccoli

  3. mix egg and broccoli

  4. add 1/2 teaspoon of butter (or margarine) olive oil or other oil (this is optional)

  5. place in microwave for 35 seconds, then mix egg and broccoli to get an even cook

  6. place in microwave for another 35 seconds

  7. Remove from microwave, you may add salt and pepper to taste.

  8. ENJOY!
