Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Omelet

3 large eggs, brown
2 oz mushrooms, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/3 cup cheese
1 cup broccoli

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Omelet

  1. Saute mushrooms and onion , and set aside

  2. steam broccoli.

  3. Scramble eggs & cook in nonstick pan. Flip over and rest of ingredients.
