Recipe Ingredients for broccoli omelet

12 oz broccoli
5 eggs
3 tsp soy sauce
2 red chili peppers
2 oz peanuts
4 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
6 scallions

Recipe Directions for broccoli omelet

  1. Clean broccoli. Cook 5-7 min.

  2. Combine eggs, soy sauce, chilis, peanuts, and parsley in bowl with broccoli.

  3. Heat oil. Saute garlic and scallions until softened - 3-4 min. pour in egg mix and stir well. Cover and cook over medium-low heat. Brown top of omelet under broiler and serve hot.
