1 cup Frozen Broccoli
2 large Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 serving Cheese Sharp Cheddar Slices
0.33 tbsp Olive Oil
0.2 medium raw Onion Yellow

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Omelet

  1. defrost broc

  2. cook onion in oil

  3. whip egg and milk

  4. pour over onion and add broc

  5. cook in pan until almost solid

  6. place on cheese

  7. flip
