Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli and Olive Frittata

2 bell peppers, chopped
2 broccoli stalks, cubed
1/2 cup olives, chopped
1 1/2 cup eggbeaters
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and Olive Frittata

  1. Quarter and seed peppers

  2. Broil for 10 minutes, cool, then peel & chop

  3. Cut broccoli into bite size

  4. Put all vegetables in 9" pan

  5. Mix other ingredients together

  6. Pour egg mixture into pan with vegetables

  7. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes
