Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli and Mushrooms

1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
3 cups broccoli, in flowerets
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and Mushrooms

  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet or wok

  2. Add garlic, broccoli and mushrooms and stir 1 minute

  3. Add 2 tbsp water, cover, cook low until broccoli is just tender (5-10 min)
