Chicken thighs stuffed with broccoli, mushrooms, and cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli and Mushroom Stuffed Chicken

4 serving Boneless Skinless Thigh Fillets
0.5 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
6 oz Broccoli Florets
3 oz Mushrooms
0.5 cup Fancy Colby-Jack Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and Mushroom Stuffed Chicken

Pound out each thigh fillet to 1/2 inch and roll in bread crumbs. Place broccoli and mushrooms in even portions on each fillet, and sprinkle with cheese. Fold ends over and secure with toothpicks. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
