Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Mushroom Quiche

8 oz. Crescent Rolls Butterflake
2 tsp. dijon mustard
1 1/2 c. fresh broccoli, chopped
1 c. vidalia onion, chopped
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 T. butter
1/2 c. egg substitute
2 c. shredded colby jack cheese
1/8 c. dried parsley flakes
1 2/5 g. (1/2 tsp.) Table Blend Salt Free Seasoning Blend
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. rubbed sage

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Mushroom Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Separate crescent dough into eight triangles and place in an ungreased 9 inch pie plate with the points toward the center. Press onto the bottom and up the sides to form a crust; seal the perforations. Spread with the mustard and set aside.

  3. In a large skillet, saute the broccoli, onion and mushrooms in butter until the broccoli is tender-crisp. In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients and stir in the broccoli mixture. Pour into crust.

  4. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the edge comes out clean. Let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
