Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Mushroom Casserole

8 oz. Macaroni, Whole-wheat, Cooked
298 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk
12 oz broccoli
1 cup mushrooms
4 oz. fat free cheddar cheese
1 cup dry rice noodles

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Mushroom Casserole

Mix milk, soup, and yogurt in a bowl. Layer in the noodles (cooked) on the bottom of a casserole dish, then the mushrooms, then half the soup mixture, then the broccoli, the the cheese, and the rest of the soup mixture. After 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees, add rice noodles on top, and bake for 5 more minutes.
