Quick and easy vegetable side dish.

Recipe Ingredients for broccoli, microwaved

6 oz broccoli
2 oz shallots
1 tsp margarine
1/2 tsp savory
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp tarragon
1/4 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for broccoli, microwaved

  1. Wash and cut up broccoli into bite sized pieces and place into microwave safe dish.

  2. finely chop shallots and mix with the rest of the seasonings.

  3. Sprinkle seasonings over the broccoli.

  4. Arrange the margarine over the top of the broccoli.

  5. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Check for doneness.

  6. Microwave in 30 second increments stirring between each increment until the broccoli is done.
