Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Meatloaf, my version

3 cups broccoli, frozen
400 grams ground beef
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup pasta sauce
1/3 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Meatloaf, my version

  1. I weigh out four portions of 100 grams of ground beef

  2. Season each with a little bit of sea salt

  3. Place each portion into a loaf pan

  4. Top with broccoli, pasta sauce

  5. Place in 375F oven for 30-40 mins or until meat is cooked and broccoli is tender

  6. Take out of oven and top with cheese, cover with foil and place back in over for 10 mins

  7. Remove foil and allow cheese to brown

  8. You're all done and it's ready to serve
