Based on Soul Plantation Broccoli madness.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Madness salad

230 g Broccoli
26 g raisins
27 g Sunflower Seeds
27 g Raw Cashews
72 g onion
101 g Mayonnaise Dressing With Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsn sugar
3/4 tbsn cider vinegar
1 dash cayenne

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Madness salad

  1. Cut bunch of broccoli into small florets. chop onion and add equal amount raisins, sunflower seeds and cashews. If you miss the bacon flavor you can add a few shakes of soy bacon bits.

  2. Mix Dressing in separate bowl. I try for minimal coverage. Add sugar and cider vinegar to the mayo. Add a dash of cayenne for a bit of zest... or not.

  3. Pour dressing on top and stir till coated.
