Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli/Leek Mash

1 bunch broccoli
2 leeks
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup low fat chicken broth
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp dill
1 tbsp chive

Recipe Directions for Broccoli/Leek Mash

  1. Boil the broccoli

  2. chop & saute the leeks

  3. combine together w/ milk and/or broth

  4. use blender or hand mixer to make smooth

  5. add herbs
