Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli leaves

1 cup broccoli, leaves
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 T olive oil

Recipe Directions for Broccoli leaves

Carmelize chopped onion in olive oil. Thicker stems of leaves can be added with onion untill softened a bit. Add broccoli leaves. Reduce heat to very low & cover. Cook long enough to soften leaves.
