2 cup broccoli
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Broccoli with Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes

  1. Blanch the broccoli. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a small sauce pan, heat the oil and saute the garlic and red pepper flakes. Add a dash of Accent.

  3. Add the broccoli and cook for 5-10 minutes.

  4. Can be served warm, room temperature, or chilled.
