Recipe Ingredients for broccoli garlic puree

4 garlic cloves
1 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/8 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
2 1/2 cup broccoli florets
1 cup navy beans
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chives

Recipe Directions for broccoli garlic puree

  1. cook garlic in oven at 350 until soft

  2. steam broccoli until tender

  3. add the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until consistent. add salt and pepper to taste
