Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Enchiladas

4 cups cooked broccoli
1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1/4 cup shredded parmesan
2 cups salsa
4 flour tortillas

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Enchiladas

Chop broccoli and mix with ricotta, garlic, and cheddar cheese. Spread into tortillas and roll them up and place in baking dish sprayed with Pam. Pour salsa over the top and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
