Low fat, high protein, yummy egg dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli egg dish

4 egg whites
2 eggs
1/2 cup fat free yogurt
1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
12 oz Broccoli Cuts
1/2 oz Belgioioso 4 Cheese Blend Italian Cheeses
1/4 cup chopped onion

Recipe Directions for Broccoli egg dish

  1. Heat oven at 350 degrees.

  2. Cook steam in bag broccoli

  3. Saute onion

  4. Mix eggs, cottage cheese, 1/4 cup yogurt, onion.

  5. Add broccoli.

  6. Spray pan with no-fat cooking spray.

  7. Pour egg mixture in prepared pan. Top with italian cheese. Back until eggs are no longer runny. Spread remaining yogurt on top. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
