2 egg whites
1 tbs 2% milk
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup shelled edamame
3 tbs salsa
1 slice provolone cheese

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and Edamame Omelet

  1. Pre cook broccoli and edamame.

  2. Beat eggs and egg whites together. Pour into hot omelet pan. Add vegetables and cheese. Fold over into omelet and top with salsa.
