2 1tsp Olive Oil
360 grams Squash, Summer, All Varieties
312 grams Broccoli

Recipe Directions for Broccoli & Cream soup

Sautee onion in olive oil add boiled broccoli and raw shredded squash until soft. Add can of cream of chicke, mushroom or cheese soup, fill can with milk & add to mixture cook on high until soup combines well and then simmer on low. Add salt, pepper & crushed red pepper flakes to taste
