Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli cranberry salad light

8 oz broccoli florets
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup onions
1/8 cup arils Pomegranates
1 tbsp Dried Cranberries
2 oz Oikos Greek Yogurt
3/4 Dressing
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 tsp poppy seed
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Broccoli cranberry salad light

boil cranberries in 1/4c of water (microwave works too). Include onion flakes in the boil if you don't have fresh onions. Drain out cranberries and mix yogurt into the liquid. Add low calorie sweetener if dressing not sweet enough. Blanch broccoli and toss together with boiled craisins and sunflower seeds.
