Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli and Corn Scallop

1/8 cup onion, chopped
1 tbsp flour
1 1/4 cup skim milk
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
2 cups corn
1/2 cup bread crumbs
20 oz broccoli
1 1/2 cup chicken

Recipe Directions for Broccoli and Corn Scallop

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Cook and stir onion in medium saucepan on medium heat for 1 minute. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring until well blended; cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheese; cook until melted, stirring frequently. Add corn and 1/4 cup of the crumbs; mix well.

  2. ARRANGE broccoli and chicken in 12x8-inch baking dish; top with sauce. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over ingredients in baking dish.

  3. BAKE 30 minutes or until heated through.
