To save time, I use broccoli saw mix in place of carrots, broccoli, and cabbage.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Colesalw with Cumin-Lime Dressing

3 c broccoli, finely chopped
3 c cabbage, preferably red cabbage, shredded
3 medium carrots, peeled, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/4 red onion, thinly slice
3/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 c fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp hot sauce
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Colesalw with Cumin-Lime Dressing

  1. In bowl, combine all vegetables and cilantro.

  2. Whisk lime juice, cumin, garlic and hot pepper sauce in medium bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Season with salt & pepper if desired.

  3. Toss salad with enough dressing to coat.

  4. Serve.
