One bite and you'll never think cabbage again. This recipe came from my good friend Pam - who is no longer with us, but whom I remember with love every time I serve this wonderful slaw. The fat content is all from the sunflower seed, which means "good fat" and good for your heart!

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Cole Slaw

3 cups broccoli (raw)
1/3 cup Non Fat Mayonnaise
1/2 tbs garlic powder
3 tbs sugar
1/2 cup Sunflower Kernels
2/3 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Cole Slaw

  1. Mix mayo, garlic powder, and sugar. Add broccoli, sunflowers, and raisins. Stir and refrigerate to allow juices to marinate.

  2. That simple. That good.
