Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Cole Slaw 2

1 bunch fresh broccoli, diced
2 carrots, grated
1 cups green onions, chopped
1 cup sunflower seed
2 ripe avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 oz stewed tomatoes
1 tablespoon onion, finely diced
1 tablespoon garlic
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sliced green chiles,
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Cole Slaw 2

  1. Make Guacamole Salsa, Use As Dressing.

  2. Mix well and refrigerate at least one hour before serving, or overnight.

  3. In a large bowl combine broccoli, carrots, green onions and sunflower seeds.

  4. Pour dressing over salad about 10 minutes before serving.
