The analyzer wouldn't take 2 chicken breasts so I had to adjust the ounces to get the right calorie count. The serving size is one cup. This tastes wonderful in a Flat-Out Multi-Grain Wrap.

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli-Chicken Wrap Filling - 1 cup svg

16 ounce broccoli slaw
2 ounce chicken breasts, (2 breasts, chopped)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup chicken broth
2 tsp cornstarch
3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Broccoli-Chicken Wrap Filling - 1 cup svg

  1. Boil broccoli slaw for 2 minutes. Drain.

  2. Cook chopped chicken in pan. I just use water to cook it rather than oil.

  3. Push chicken to side of pan and add onion and garlic. Cook until tender. Combine chicken, onion and garlic.

  4. Take 3 tbsp of chicken broth and mix it with cornstarch. Add the cornstarch mixture, teriyaki sauce, and red pepper flakes to the rest of the chicken broth.

  5. Add the broth mixture to the chicken mixture in the pan.

  6. Stir over heat until liquid is thickened.

  7. Add the broccoli and stir to combine everything.

  8. Serve warm.
