587 w/ heavy cream, 554 w/ half and half, 489 w/ milk

Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Cheese Tortellini

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup fresh broccoli florets
18 ounces cheese tortellini, refrigerated
2 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, divide shredded
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp fresh parsley, minced

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Cheese Tortellini

  1. In large saucepan, cook the cream and boccoli, uncovered over medium-low heat for 5-6 minutes or until broccoli is crisp tender. meanwhile cook tortellini according to package directions

  2. Stir in 2 cups of cheese and pepper into the broccoli mixture, bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture thickens, stirring occasionally

  3. Drain tortellinis, add to sauce, toss to coat. sprinkle with parsley and remaining cheese
