Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Cheese Rice Redone

0.13 cup 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Broccoli, frozen, unprepared
0.25 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
2 slice Deli Style Sliced Sharp Cheddar Cheese
0.25 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Cheese Rice Redone

  1. Cook rice as directed.

  2. Thaw frozen broccoli.

  3. Cut 3 slicies low-sodium cheddar into small pieces, reserving at least 4 slices.

  4. Mix all ingredents together (if making a family size portion, use the entire can of soup).

  5. Top with remaining cheese slices and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

  6. Following baking, broil (watch closely) for approximately 3 minutes.
