Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Cheese Quiche

1 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 cup skim milk
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup broccoli
2 oz low fat cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Cheese Quiche

  1. Spray 8" pie pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Then, roll out crescent rolls and once perforated lines are gone, line pie pan with dough.

  3. In a mixing boll, whisk eggs, milk, salt, & broccolli. Pour mixture into pie pan.

  4. Bake @ 400 degrees F for 30 minutes. Quiche is finished baking when the egg mixture has set in the middle and is golden brown.

  5. Sprinkle shredded, reduced fat cheese on top (while still hot) and enjoy!
