Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli & Cheese Quiche

6 small egg Eggs White Small
0.44 serving Greek Yogurt 0% (PC) (1 serv. = 3/4c)
0.67 serving Almond milk, unsweetened (earth's own)
1 serving Old Cheddar, Light (Cracker Barrel)
17 1/2 grams Onions
1.5 cup, chopped Broccoli
1.33 serving Masa Harina (Maseca) (1/4c=30g)
1/2 cup Unico Chick Peas
1 serving Parmasean cheese, PC Blue Menu

Recipe Directions for Broccoli & Cheese Quiche

  1. Bake crust (masa, chick peas & parmasean) in 375oF oven for 10 min.

  2. Bake whole quiche in 375oF oven for 35-40min.
