Recipe Ingredients for Broccoli Cheese Quiche

6 egg white
8 oz lowfat cottage cheese
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 dash freshly grated nutmeg
2 chopped green onions
250 g chopped steamed broccoli
2 Pillsbury Pie Crusts

Recipe Directions for Broccoli Cheese Quiche

  1. Brush one pie crust lightly with water place the other one on top and roll out to fit in a 10"pie pan.

  2. Blend the first 4 ingredients into a blender until smooth

  3. fold in the onions and broccoli pour into your no roll pie crust

  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes

  5. lower the temperature to 350 degrees and finish baking until center is set. About 15-20 minutes.

  6. Let set for about 15 minutes before cutting.
